I'm Katharina Reiter.

About Me

I grew up with three sisters in a little village in Bavaria, Germany. When i went to school I got the amazing opportunity to visit a German school in Ecuador for two months. Ever since then I loved intercultural exchange and working on international projects.
After starting my psychology major I discovered the fascinating world of technology while working on an interdisciplinary reasearch project with the goal to advance neuroadaptive systems. During my studies I specialised on research methods and applied statistics, I managed several research projects and took part in different publications.
In 2015 I started working as IT project manager for Swarovski, building a bridge between business requirements and technological specifiactions. Since then I managed projects for our online shops and other marketing applications, launched new systems and consulted different teams and projects on working with agile methods. I especially enjoy working on projects improving existing processes by carefully managing the associated change impact.
